It seems like it was only yesterday we were taking delivery on the first 2019 Porsche Cayenne to arrive at Porsche Nashua. It’s always a welcome presence at our dealership, but we’re also looking ahead to what’s next. That’s because the 2020 model year will see something new to the Porsche Cayenne and the Porsche brand alike.
Ever since it first appeared 16 years ago, the Porsche Cayenne has been a blend of uncompromising Porsche performance, style, and quality, albeit in a familiar SUV format. But as CNET states, there are more changes to come.
For now, details on specifications and trim levels are scarce. All we know for certain (or close to it) is that sometime early in 2019, there’ll be another new Porsche Cayenne, its front end, powertrain, and key technology very close to the one we already know and love, but with the sloping, coupe-shaped form factor that’s becoming more and more popular. In some ways, the profile will resemble the current Porsche Panamera as much as the SUV from which it’s derived. If nothing else, we’re pleased to be able to offer yet another variant of this successful Porsche model.
A bit of housekeeping before we wrap up this week’s entry. First of all, our apologies to those of you who were looking forward to the October meeting of the Porsche Nashua Rally Club, since we were forced to cancel due to events beyond our control. On a related note, it’s not too early to RSVP for the last date of the year — our annual Turkey Trot Rally, which takes place on Saturday, November 17th. If you’re not following Porsche Nashua, or the Porsche Rally Club, on Facebook, this is as good a time and reason as any.
Questions, Porsche service, or other automotive-related needs in the meantime? You’re always welcome to bring them to Porsche Nashua at 170 Main Dunstable Road, convenient to Boston and Chelmsford, MA.
